Licensed Architect

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be a licensed Architect in the state of Utah. Other states in addition to Utah is a plus.
• Experience in both high end residential and commercial projects.
• Strong conceptual, schematic and design development skills. 
•Strong client relations. Candidate must be able to communicate ideas both written and verbally in addition to presenting sketched ideas.
• Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic.
• Strong consultant and inner office collaboration skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completed construction with minimal guidance.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and/or Auto CAD and must be willing to draft to support the team.

Drafting position

Minimum Qualifications:
• Associates degree in Architecture.
• 3-5 years experience in both residential and commercial projects.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCad and Revit.
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of construction types, details, practices and construction procedures.
• Candidate must be able to develop construction documents from design development drawings.
• Must be able to take direction from direct report, work well in a team setting, work independently and possess a strong professional work ethic.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills and able to work on different projects simultaneously.
